AN AMATEUR SUPER HEAVYWEIGHT FARM PROGRAM
MODELED AFTER SUCCESSES IN OTHER SPORTS

MODELING OTHER SPORTS

In 1997, the Houston Astros opened its first Major League Baseball Academy in Mexico to bring in unproven, inexperienced talent to scout and recruit the raw potential for training in Mexico. They discovered athletes who, although very inexperienced, appeared to be future stars. They discovered some who were born with an unbelievably fast fastball. They were signed for as little as $1,000, a pittance compared to the bonuses paid in the U.S. for developed players.

Since then, other major league clubs have set up strategically located training camps in South America and Europe to discover unproven naturals to teach them the fundamentals. A retired baseball manager responsible for the planning, location, and development of one of the first and most successful camps has advised us in developing our plans. Our principles are identical.

COPYING SUCCESS

The same approach executed by good, experienced trainers will lead to success in the heavyweight division of boxing. A systematic testing approach in our best areas will reveal those who should be further evaluated by experienced coaches in a training program. Our first-cut tests will reveal the born punchers with the right genetic advantages and the potential for very high knockout records.

We have found areas of the U.S. and other countries with a high number of large athletes per capita, where the chance to be trained to box under a scholarship would be a major sports opportunity. Some undeveloped areas in foreign locations have very favorable exchange rates and the costs of recruiting and evaluation will be much lower than in the U.S.

We will narrow our choices to those who clearly demonstrate championship potential, and then have them trained by excellent coaches in Las Vegas -- just like the Astros did in Mexico.

A PROVEN APPROACH

Scouting and recruiting for potential champions using farm clubs and open tryout camps is a proven approach. It's just never been done in the heavyweight division, especially using modern methods for testing in the first cuts.
