AN AMATEUR SUPER HEAVYWEIGHT FARM PROGRAM
MODELED AFTER SUCCESSES IN OTHER SPORTS

A Letter from the Executive Director

Dear Boxing Fan,

If you have a good boxing mind and are able to think outside the box in a sport which is locked in tradition and mired in controversy, you will see what we see -- an extremely unique sports opportunity which has a high probability for success. This recruiting opportunity exists simply because no one has taken advantage of it. Opportunities are that way. The moment one is seized, people always ask, "Why has something so obvious never been done before?"

Successful recruiting constitutes 90% of the success of any sports program. Recruiting is so important, there are recruiting wars going on in other sports. Recruiting is even more important in the super heavyweight division because it's the only weight division where you can recruit for talent with a physical advantage. No one recruits for untrained heavyweight talent. Boxing is also not subject to recruiting rules. There are no NCAA recruiting rules or professional organized drafts to prevent an advantage. No one recruits for great untrained super heavyweights, except the Cubans and some Eastern European countries, and they restrict it to their own country. Cuba's whole country is a heavyweight farm program. It's no wonder that they dominate amateur boxing.

Imagine an opportunity to build a team and you had all the first-round draft choices, and the second, third, and fourth, too. Where we've been, no one has ever talked to them about boxing. We literally have no recruiting competition. What would you think of any another team's prospects in any other sport if they had all the draft choices and could waive players at will and continue drafting until settling on their final choices? You would think their prospects were outstanding.

I'd like you to consider developing with us the first all super heavyweight boxing team with all the draft choices. You'll be amazed at our success in the amateurs and pros.

Very sincerely,

John Black
